# Gail

> Nodes that work directly with your Gail contacts, contact lists, campaigns, and calls.

Gail nodes let a workflow act on the things you already manage in Gail: the people in
your book of business, the lists you group them into, the campaigns that reach out to
them, and the calls those campaigns place. Use them to add and organize contacts, spin
up and run outreach campaigns, and follow up on calls once they happen.
