The Search Leads node looks up leads in AgencyZoom and hands back a page of matches. Every filter is optional, so you can search broadly or narrow down to exactly the leads you want. ## When to use it * You want to find leads by name, source, or status before acting on them. * You need a page of leads at a certain stage, such as new or quoted. * You want to search, then work with the first match in a later step. ## Inputs | Field | What it's for | Example | | ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------- | | Status | Limit to leads at a stage: new, quoted, won, lost, contacted, or expired. | `new` | | Name | Match leads by name. | `Marcus` | | Email | Match leads by email. | `marcus@example.com` | | Source | Match leads from a source. | A lead-source id | | Assigned to | Match leads assigned to an agent. | An agent id | | Sort by | Which field to order the results on. | `lastActivityDate` | | Order | Ascending or descending order. | `desc` | | Page | Which page of results to return, starting at 0. | `0` | | Page size | How many results per page, from 1 to 100. | `20` | Every filter is optional. Any field can be a fixed value or an [expression](/platform/workflows/core-concepts/expressions/using-expressions-in-nodes) that reads from an earlier step. ## Outputs | Field | What you get back | | ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Leads | The matching leads on this page, each with name, contact, status, and source. | | Total count | How many leads matched in all. | | Page | The page and page size that were returned. | ## Example A workflow chases up stale leads for Chen Insurance Group. It uses Search Leads to find leads still at the "quoted" stage sorted by oldest activity first, then loops over them with a [For Each](/platform/workflows/node-reference/logic-and-flow/for-each) step to add a follow-up note to each. ![The AgencyZoom Search Leads node configuration panel, showing the filters and paging.](/_fern-img/afd15f4df1dfb39a1dea47ace42fae93bbc4d74b6de12c43524f87481288af5e.webp) > **Note** > > Ask for only the page size you need. Large pages bloat the run's history, so keep > the default of 20 unless you truly need more, and page through results rather > than pulling everything at once. ## Related nodes #### [Get Lead](/platform/workflows/node-reference/integrations/agencyzoom/agency-zoom-get-lead) Pull the full record for a matched lead. #### [Add Lead Note](/platform/workflows/node-reference/integrations/agencyzoom/agency-zoom-add-lead-note) Add a note to a matched lead. #### [For Each](/platform/workflows/node-reference/logic-and-flow/for-each) Loop over the matches and act on each lead. #### [Add Contact](/platform/workflows/node-reference/gail/add-contact) Bring a matched lead into Gail as a contact. > Documentation for Gail, the AI platform for financial services.
