Manage your Gail subscription, monitor usage, and access invoices.

Minutes Usage

Monitor your monthly minute consumption:

Minutes Used: 3,247 / 5,000
Days Remaining: 12
Projected Usage: 4,870 minutes

Usage Breakdown:

  • Inbound calls: 2,100 minutes
  • Outbound calls: 1,147 minutes

Usage Alerts

Set alerts to avoid overages:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingAlerts
  2. Set threshold (e.g., 80% of limit)
  3. Choose notification method
  4. Save

Changing Plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a higher plan
  4. Review changes
  5. Confirm upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount.

Downgrading

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Review what you’ll lose
  4. Confirm downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Before downgrading, ensure you’re within the new plan’s limits (agents, numbers, etc.).

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfer (Enterprise)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Click on the payment method
  2. Update details
  3. Save changes

Removing Payment Method

You must have at least one payment method on file for active subscriptions.

Access all invoices at SettingsBillingInvoices:

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Plan charges
  • Minute overages (if any)
  • Phone number fees
  • Additional services
  • Taxes

Billing Email

Invoices are sent to the billing email address. Update it at:

Overages

How Overages Work

If you exceed your plan’s included minutes:

  • Service continues uninterrupted
  • Overages are billed at per-minute rates
  • Charges appear on next invoice

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same day each month
  • Based on your signup date
  • Includes base plan + any overages

Annual Billing

Save with annual billing:

  • 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12)
  • One annual payment
  • Same great service

To switch to annual:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Switch to Annual
  3. Review savings
  4. Confirm

Credits & Promotions

Applying Credits

If you have a promo code:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Apply Credit
  3. Enter the code
  4. Credit is applied to next invoice

Referral Credits

Earn credits by referring others:

  • You get: $50 credit
  • They get: $50 credit
  • Both applied after first payment

Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Complete the cancellation survey
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Phone numbers are released

Reactivating

To reactivate a canceled account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to SettingsBilling
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Choose a plan

Tax Information

Tax Exemption

If your organization is tax-exempt:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingTax Info
  2. Upload exemption certificate
  3. Submit for review

Updating Tax ID

Add your VAT or Tax ID:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingTax Info
  2. Enter your Tax ID
  3. Save
