Send a Slack Alert
When a run hits something your team should know about, such as a new high-value lead or a step that failed, a Slack message is the fastest way to tell them. You can post to a shared channel or send a direct message to one person.
Nodes involved
- Use Channel Message to post to a shared channel the whole team sees.
- Use Direct Message to message one person privately.
Before you start
Both steps need a connected Slack account. Connect it in the Marketplace first; once connected, the step can post on your behalf.
