AgencyZoom nodes let a workflow work with the records you keep in AgencyZoom: find customers, leads, and tasks, look one up in detail, create leads, add notes, and create or complete tasks. Use them to react to what is in AgencyZoom, keep records up to date, and hand follow-up work to your team.

Connect AgencyZoom once from the Marketplace. After that, these nodes act on your behalf, so you never enter credentials in the workflow itself. Until it is connected, the builder shows a “Connect AgencyZoom in Marketplace” prompt.

Customers

Find customers and work with their records.

Fetch one customer by id, including their policies.

Add a note to a customer by id.
